CIMCO DNC-Max 5

CIMCO DNC-Max 5 is software which provides robust and reliable CNC communications. DNC-Max allows all of our CNC machines to be downloaded programmes from our central database allowing true portability of jobs between machines. This allows us efficient and flexible production planning for short lead time items.


Feature CAM by Delcam

We operate two seats of Feature CAM, one 2.5D and one 3D version both with feature recognition. With this software customer supplied files can be directly imported and programs generated from the software model. Such an approach vastly reduces programming times, reduces possible programming errors and allows the machining process to be optimised to reduce the manufacturing cost. The use of such software significantly reduces the manufacturing cost of low volume and prototype runs.

File types that can be imported include solid (SAT, XMT) files, surface (IGES) files, 3D DWG/DXF files, and native SolidWorks files.
